STITCH MES is seeking a senior sales leader to drive and scale its national sales organization across apparel manufacturing customers.
This role will be responsible for owning overall revenue growth, leading regional sales managers and BDE teams, expanding presence across key garment manufacturing clusters, and building strong strategic relationships within the apparel ecosystem.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong apparel manufacturing background β such as industrial sewing machine brands, textile machinery companies, factory automation providers, or ERP/MES solution vendors β with deep exposure to factory environments and production leadership.

1. Revenue Strategy & Ownership
- Own overall revenue targets across domestic and international markets
- Define annual and quarterly sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Drive predictable pipeline generation, conversion, and closure discipline
- Monitor sales metrics, forecasting accuracy, and target achievement across regions
2. National & International Market Expansion
- Expand STITCHβs presence across key apparel manufacturing hubs in India
- Identify and penetrate international markets (South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Turkey, etc.)
- Build go-to-market strategies for new geographies including channel partners or local representatives
- Develop relationships with global manufacturing groups and multi-country factory operators
3. Team Leadership & Sales Organization Building
- Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Business Development Executives
- Build a structured, performance-driven sales culture with clear KPIs
- Recruit, train, and scale the sales team as per growth requirements
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and field coaching
4. Enterprise & Strategic Account Management
- Personally drive large enterprise deals and strategic customer engagements
- Build CXO-level relationships with factory owners, COOs, and production heads
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract structuring
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations for implementation and long-term retention
5. Ecosystem & Partnership Development
- Build alliances with industrial sewing machine brands, machinery vendors, factory consultants, and automation partners
- Leverage ecosystem relationships to generate high-quality inbound opportunities
- Represent STITCH at industry forums, trade shows, and global textile exhibitions
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Leadership to ensure customer feedback loops
- Provide structured market insights to influence product roadmap
- Align sales promises with delivery capability to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 15β18 years of experience in apparel manufacturingβrelated sales leadership
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred, with strong exposure to apparel manufacturing, industrial machinery, or manufacturing technology ecosystems.
- Background from industrial sewing machine brands, textile machinery companies, factory solution providers, or apparel ERP/MES vendors
- Proven experience leading multi-region sales teams including Managers and BDEs
- Strong understanding of garment factory operations and production workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership presence
- Experience handling overall sales operations including target planning, forecasting, and team performance management
- Willingness to travel extensively across manufacturing hubs
