Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.
This role requires close collaboration with Development, Product, QA, and Operations teams to streamline deployment processes, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability across environments.
The candidate should be proactive, automation-driven, and focused on improving operational efficiency through modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain infrastructure in line with security and industry best practices.
System Optimization & Reliability
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems to improve performance, availability, and reliability.
- Identify infrastructure and deployment bottlenecks and implement appropriate improvements.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
Cloud & Infrastructure as Code
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Plan and optimize cloud resources to achieve an effective balance between scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Automation & CI/CD
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment and operational processes to improve engineering efficiency.
- Leverage Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools to streamline application deployment and infrastructure operations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications.
- Proactively identify and resolve system, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Support high availability, reliability, and operational continuity across environments.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Development, Product, QA, and Operations teams to support deployments and releases.
- Collaborate on infrastructure and architectural decisions.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with engineering best practices.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related role.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and high availability.
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
DevOps & Engineering Practices
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices and principles.
- Experience automating deployment and infrastructure management processes.
- Understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, reliability, and infrastructure security.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, deployment, and application environments.
